Stop motion takes patience. Even if you have no idea what you're doing.

I would love to get comments on this one. It's the longest and most complicated piece I've made thus far...

LOL...loved this.  Great imagination...and so so so true in regard to gurus.

The animation itself is very well done - the motion was smooth.  I've played about just a bit with this and know how difficult it can be.  This is very, very well done.

Thank-you! I'm stoked with all the praise I'm receiving for this one.

You're right about the difficulty. I try to make my creatures so that their movement is limited, and incremental if you know what I mean...

Thanks for saying so! Do you mind if I ask how you came across it? Was it just random browsing?

Definitely worthwhile.

I've watched it twice now. Kiki Very smooth for stop motion. Well done. Much smoother than the little stop motion I have tried... Your patience is rewarded with a great video! And such a sweet little story, with that "haha" punch-line ending.

Love the characters (don't even need to know what they are exactly to love them, but I am curious...). Especially love the guru who's speech includes smiley faces. And I love the old-black-and-white-movie-style transitions. Your stylistic choices were great in this one.

Well it was an interresting animation! :D
I particularly enjoyed the voice of each robot and the ambiance you've created with the character's designs and those few element in the background.
And I like the way the first robot speak too!
Also the fonts you choosed for each one can let us guess about their personality (at least for the second one that speak with those bell noises)
Original that's for sure! :)

Well you're welcome, that's good then,
because even if you said that you had no idea on what you were doing you still have notions of symbolism and I believe that's kind of an useful tool to get new ideas :D
